Refund Policy

1. Rental Payment & Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds once the rental period has started.


2. Security Deposit Refunds

  • A security deposit may be required prior to pickup for tolls/tickets.

  • Deposits are refundable if the car is returned clean, undamaged, and with no outstanding payments.


3. Early Termination Refunds

  • No prorated refunds for early returns.


4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations before pickup must be made in advance to avoid fees.

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposits made.


5. Refund Process & Timeframe

  • Refunds for deposits are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.


6. Damage, Insurance Claims & Refunds

  • If a car is damaged during the rental period, the cost of repairs may be deducted from the deposit.

  • If the car becomes inoperable due to Dash Auto’s maintenance issues, the renter may be eligible for a partial refund.


7. Dispute Resolution for Refunds

  • Disputes regarding refunds can be sent to [Insert Contact Email].

  • Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Baltimore, Maryland.
